Gotta love them bboys~

I've always been a fool for b-boys and love hip-hop dancing and lifestyle (well not everything, just the good stuff.. ^^ ) so I decided to watch some theatrical shows that have b-boys.

First off is Delicious Musical Bibap (http://www.bibap.co.kr). 

As mentioned on their official facebook page:

BIBAP is a non-verbal performance expressed in fantastic harmony of a-cappella & beat-boxing and the dynamic movements such as b-boying, acrobatics & martial arts for the cooking process.

I am currently unaware if it's still running or not at the specific place, since there are no updates on their site but I'll be checking it out as soon as I arrive in Seoul. If you are in Seoul at the moment and want to try your luck, here's the address and map:

Prices start from around 40.000KRW and for VIP is 60.000KRW

They do participate in other events though (there's one running until mid August)

Then there is Ballerina Who Loves B-Boy. The play is a love story about how a Ballerina, her heart stolen by a breath-taking B-boy dancer, changes into a fly girl. The official website (http://www.showbboy.com/) also has an English version so it's easy to navigate even if you don't know any Korean. You can get info on reservations from their site. 

The performance takes place near Lotte World (Jamsil Metro Station)

 There's also "Love Story" by SJ B-Boys (Gorilla Crew) but I think this one finished in 2011. Although their site (http://www.sjbboys.co.kr/eg.php) is up and running with address info.. so I'll be checking this out at well!

Take subway line #2 to Hongik University station and go out of exit #5 (not sure if it got changed to #9 as the map states). 

Walk straight and take the main turning on your left after VIPS restaurant. Walk up the street until you meet the crossroads in front of the main gates of Hongik University. Turn left here and walk for 150m until you find the Sam-Jin Pharmacy (삼진제약) building on your left.
The theater is located on the basement level (Nong-Hyup bank is located on the 1st floor of the building)

A few months ago I was able to find more info on some other shows with b-boys but at this point I am unable to find them again.. I just hope that at least one of the aforementioned shows are still going on!
