On Sunday afternoon (09/09) my friends and myself visited Incheon as we had reserved some free tickets for the Incheon KPOP Festival.
The line up consisted of the following artists:

BoA, SHINee, KARA, Infinite, IU, 4 Minute, Wooyoung, Kim Tae Woo, Boyfriend, B.A.P., Girl's Day, DalShabet, Supernova,Fiestar, Tasty, A-JAX, VIXX, D-Unit & Monsterz O_o

It was a really fun experience even though we had some loud IU / KARA fanboys behind us screaming on purpose during most of the performances. And we also had a group of elder people in front of us and they decided to stand up while I was filming B.A.P.'s "No mercy" -.-

There are no A-JAX photos because I took a fancam instead and when BoA came on stage, my camera was already dead from battery...

I really loved the fact that the idols interacted with the people that were standing exactly under the stage while they were waiting for their turn to sing.

For me, the best where KARA with their upbeat songs. I am a major B.A.P., Supernova, Infinite, A-JAX fan but I did like KARA the most that night :)

I have been super busy those past few days. Attending lessons daily, which is an achievement if you take under consideration that I am going out every night for drinking with friends.
Last Friday night friends from Greece arrived and we went to have some food and drinks around Hongdae with some Korean friends~

First we went to a bar, whose name we can never say, as it doesn't make sense (it consists of Korean & Japanese alphabet). 

 After we left from the bar, we visited the first place we could get inside, as it was raining cats and dogs that night.
 



Next to our table there was a couple that was pretty drunk. They kept on asking us random questions, half in Korean and half in English. As the woman said on her own, she wanted to "speak Engrish"~~ I really would love to meet those too again, but this time sober haha^^


On Saturday we went for coffee in Sinchon and then for a walk at Hongdae where we saw a parade (we don't have a clue what it was for.. maybe something to do with Dokdo? Because we saw some banners mentioning Dokdo)





Afterwards Julie and myself went to a K-Rock indie concert. The concert took place in Yeouido and it was a bit chilly that evening. And I just fell in love with a band I haven't heard before~ 와이낫? (ynot?) Oh man they were so damn great!!

You HAVE to check them out!!!








There were a lot of good bands playing on that day such as 아이러닉 휴 (Ironic Hue), 노 리스펙트 포 뷰티 (No Respect For Beauty), 마그나 폴 (Magna Fall) but we were sooooo tired from Friday night and we decided to go in the evening while the concert started since noon.

Now I am going to meet Julie and Maira (a sweet girl I met from Holland) so I will post more about Sunday's kpop concert experience later on~~

So far apart from the Hallyu Dream Festival more concerts have been announced!

On September 1st and 2nd, FT Island will perform live at the Olympic Hall in Seoul.
Prices vary from 77.000 won to 88.000 won.


On the Mic event is going to take place at Hongdae's V-Hall on September 1st with Illionaire, Original Taste and Hi-Lite artists.
Price is 30.000 won



 Verbal Jint is performing live on September 2nd, at Waterfront Stage of the Olympic Stadium (올림픽공원 수변무대).
Price is 88.000 won.




On September 9th, at AX Korea, the Freestyle Day event will take place. There will be MC battles and artists such as Dok2, Dynamic Duo, Simon D, SanE, Verbal Jint and more, will perform live. Price is 44.000 won.





On September 15th, KPOP top stars will perform at the Korean Music Wave Festival in Incheon Munhak Stadium (Incheon World Cup Stadium), Incheon. For the time being there aren't any names announced as for the artists who will participate in the event nor any prices have been mentioned either.

On the same day, September 15th, MC Sniper will be performing at Rolling Hall with entrance fee 44.000 won (pre-sales) and 50.000 won at the door.



And Sistar will perform at the Olympic Hall of the Olympic Stadium~
Prices vary from 77.000 won to 88.000 won.


"The Gathering" on September 21st at AX Korea. 45RPM will perform live!! Love them.. Artists such as MC Sniper and Verbal Jint will also perform! The price is at 44.000 won.
